Account Payments

Q:When is payment due?
A:All accounts must be paid in full at least two weeks prior to arrival at camp. A late fee of $50 will be charged if account is not paid in full two weeks prior to arrival at camp.

Activities

Q:How do I select the activites for summer camp?
A:There is a total of 5 periods of activities each day. For those registering for Junior, Tween, and/or Teen camp, you will be able to select 5 activities for the week. One of the activities must include D3 - Dig, Down, Deeper, a Bible study activity. Other options for the other 4 periods can include classes from aquatics, arts, outdoor, and sports.

Adventurer campers will have a set schedule provided by the staff, allowing our younger campers to rotate through camp activities.

Family campers will select activities daily with staff.

Arrival & Departure

Q:When should campers arrive?
A:Campers should arrive and check in at 3 PM on Sunday. Please have ALL FORMS COMPLETED before your arrival at camp. Please have them ready to hand to the registration staff.

Q:When should campers leave?
A:Campers are expected to leave by 9 AM on Sunday morning.

Parents will receive a $20 refund of camper deposit fees if their child is picked up on time-by 9 AM Sunday morning. Parents arriving after 9 AM will not receive this refund.

Campers left after pick-up time on Sunday will be charged $15 per hour.

Camper Scholarships

Q:Is there a scholarship available for my child?
A:Yes, there may be limited scholarships available. To apply, parents must complete an application and submit it to their church pastor for approval before April 1 . If it is approved, the church must send a check to our office for a minimum of $50, which our office will match. There are only 20 of these $50 matching scholarships available. (Some churches have other financial assistance programs set up. Check with your pastor.) Financial assistance/scholarship applications are available on this website under 'documents'.

Cancellation Policy

Q:What is your cancellation policy?
A:If a cancellation is made for a child your payment is refundable except for the $50 non-refundable deposit (per week). For Family Camp, there is a $100 per week non-refundable deposit.

Q:Do you offer discounts?
A:Discounts do not apply for the 2017 Summer Session

Family Camps

• Early Bird $25 – Paid in fun by May 1
• A SNEC membership discount has been
factored in the current family camp pricing.
Campers who are not members in SNEC will
be charged a non-constituent fee.




Family Camp

Q:How many may stay in a cabin?
A:Cabins will house families of five or more persons. Maximum family size per cabin is eight or nine. Families of up to four should request a lodge room, RV site or tent site.

Q:How many may stay in a lodge room?
A:Due to fire code, lodge rooms house only up to four persons. Families with five or more should request a cabin, RV site or tent site.

Q:What is the definition of family?
A:A family is a unit comprised of immediate family members.

Q:What is the pricing for family camp?
A:Family camp pricing is by person and the lodging selected.

Health/Medical

Q:Do all campers, including those attending kids and family camps, need a physical exam?
A:Yes, every camper must provide a current physical exam signed and dated by a licensed physician at time of registration. A physical examination is valid for 24 months, and must be current on the 1st day of camp. A copy must be brought each year to camp.

A physical exam signed and dated by a licensed physician must also be brought by each person attending Family Camp.

Q:What about immunizations?
A:Every camper must provide a physician-signed document or certificate of immunizations at the time of registration. This policy also applies to Family Camp guests.

Laundry

Q:What about Laundry?
A:Laundry service is available only for children staying at kids camps for two consecutive weeks. There is a $30 fee for this service. Laundry would typically be picked up at the camp office on Sunday evening and returned on Monday evening. (This service is not available for Family Camps.)

Lost & Found

Q:What about lost & found items?
A:Lost & found items will be kept for two weeks after your camp has ended. Items not claimed within these two weeks will be disposed of or given to charity.

Photos & DVD's

Q:What if my child doesn't receive his/her photo or DVD at the end of the camp week?
A:All campers will receive a complimentary DVD and cabin photo. Campers who do not receive their photo or DVD by the time they leave camp will receive it by mail. Please notify the camp office if your child does not receive theirs within one or two weeks after leaving camp. If we do not hear from you by August 31 we will not be able to provide one to you.
