Join us for this set of program offerings for today’s musician. Whether you are a music student preparing for a musical career, an amateur musician wanting to learn more, or a professional musician wanting to glean from cohorts in the trenches, these studio classes will provide current, relevant and important information for you! Taught by today’s successful music professionals who are known nationally and internationally, you will take away valuable insights and practical tips for all musical genres.

This session focuses on beginning to intermediate concepts in jazz improvisation. Beginning with a discussion of learning tunes, we will address playing melodies and implying harmonies. Along the way, you will be given guidance on developing a good sound and time feel. You are encouraged to have your instrument on hand and be ready to participate. Suitable for all jazz brass players.
