Please fill out the following forms and then if you are new to Core team you must set up a 1-on-1 with either John, Hollie, Gabby, Anna, or Micah to go over Core Team expectations. Find links to set up a 1-on-1 at https://www.stmacatholicyouth.org/applycore

If you are a returning core member please attend the returning Core meeting on August 14th from 6:00-7:30pm at St. Michael's Youth Room.
