Description
Kalari Martial arts Class with SINDHOOR & NATYAVEDA – Kalari ppayattu is one of the oldest martial arts in the world. It originated in India and is called the “mother of all martial arts.” The students will get an opportunity to learn with master teacher Guru Anil Natyaveda. The class will consist of warmups for strength training and flexibility, strong foundation in Kalari and
weapons training (for advanced students). All levels and age groups are welcome. Kalari is a way of life and is suitable for all.
By the end of this module, teachers will be able to assess the learnings of students and will be able to assign the next module for those who wish to excel in Kalari Ppayatu.
