Coed 6th-8th Grade Fenwick FAST Speed Camp
Description
This camp is not sport specific and will be led by Fenwick Assistant AD and Head Varsity Football Coach Matt Battaglia. All interested athletes are encouraged to attend! This camp is designed to have 2 goals:

1. Run FASTER!
2. Have fun and gain an edge on the competition

To see results, athletes need to bring focus, discipline, and hard work! Each session will consist of:

1. Dynamic Ground Warm Up
2. Dynamic Speed Warm Up
3. Velocity and Acceleration Workout
4. Laser Timed Speed Training

*It is recommended all athletes bring water and wear comfortable workout clothes and shoes. Athletes should also bring any type of cleats if they have them*

This camp will take place at the Fenwick Priory Building, please always check in at the glass doors at: 7200 Division St, River Forest, IL 60305

*In case of inclement weather, this camp will be potentially moved to the Fenwick Fieldhouse. Coach Battaglia will always communicate by noon of each camp day to confirm all details for each day.
