Description
This course, offered for incoming freshmen, will further acquaint students with the proper ways to employ written English grammar and usage. Practice in punctuation, sentence structure, proofreading, vocabulary development, and paragraph construction will help students prepare for their English courses and for success in other freshman course writing assignments.

When students register for this course, they will also be charged a $20 workbook fee to purchase the course text, which will be provided to students in class at the start of the course.


Please note: Class times cannot be requested: you will receive a schedule in June. Class is held Monday through Thursday.

Please note: The school will be closed on Wednesday, June 19th in observance of Juneteenth and Thursday, July 3rd AND Friday, July 4th in observance of Independence Day.
