Description
Emotions! Oh, boy; they sure do get all mixed up and overwhelming at times! This is why learning to utilize coping skills and communication techniques are so very important at all stages of life. By having a variety of “tools” in their “toolbox,” girls feel more confident and peaceful as they interact with the world around them. Stories, skits, and scenarios will be just a few of the methods used to guide students through situations that are typically a “trigger” for most young people. This session DOES NOT include lunch for your camper. Lunch can be added in the Options menu for $40/week.
