Looking to recharge, reconnect, and rethink what’s next in your leadership journey? Join us for the inaugural Experienced Camp Directors’ Retreat at Camp Newaygo — a four-day professional development experience built specifically for seasoned camp leaders.

This national gathering is designed for directors with 5+ years of experience who are ready to dive into real conversations with peers at the top of their game. Held on the shores of Pickerel Lake in West Michigan, the retreat blends advanced leadership content with the ease and connection of a camp-style environment.

Enjoy all-inclusive lodging, meals, and programming — all you have to do is show up ready to engage. Throughout the retreat, you’ll take part in peer-led workshops, breakout discussions, and panel conversations covering topics like staffing culture, financial strategy, risk management, and personal leadership growth. There’s also time built in for reflection, rest, and the joy of sharing a campfire with people who “get it.”

Lodging options include communal heated dorms and hotel-style private rooms (available for upgrade). All linens are provided. Meals begin with dinner on Tuesday and end with breakfast on Friday, featuring elevated camp classics and accommodations for all dietary needs.
