Lacrosse Camp
Description
At the Orchard Lake St. Mary's summer lacrosse camp, players in grades 5th through 9th can expect to take their game to the next level while preparing for high school lacrosse. Hosted by current and former college players and coaches, the camp is designed to help young athletes develop both their technical skills and leadership abilities, giving them a strong foundation for high school play and beyond.

Throughout the camp, players will receive focused instruction on the core skills of lacrosse, such as passing, shooting, dodging, and defense. Coaches will work with each player to refine their technique and introduce advanced strategies used at the high school and collegiate levels. In addition to improving individual skills, players will gain valuable insights into how to execute team tactics, positioning, and overall game strategy.

The camp will also provide players with a unique opportunity to hear from experienced coaches about what it takes to succeed at the high school level. Through feedback, guidance, and a competitive yet supportive environment, players will leave with a greater sense of confidence, preparation, and motivation as they look ahead to high school lacrosse.
