Beginning Jewelry (4 Weeks)
Description
This four-week class offers the fundamental skills of jewelry making: the proper use of hand tools, torches, flex shafts, polishers and more! Learn through demonstration, discussion, and hands on experience.

Projects are designed to provide instruction in a wide range of tools and basic fabrication techniques. You will learn sawing, filing, soldering, surface texturing, forming, fabricating, and finishing, all of which will be used to make a ring, bracelet, and/or necklace.

Each student can go at their own pace with plenty of personal attention. Communal studio tools will be available for shared class use.
This class is limited to 6 people, it is open to all levels, beginners with no experience as well as those who need a refresher class. Ages 18 and up.
