Nashville Sail Camp - July 5-7
Description

Nashville Sail Camp is a learn to sail camp for beginner and experienced sailors. You have two locations to choose from where qualified instructors will teach boating safety, points of sail, boat parts, rigging, and basic maneuvering. This camp offers a basic level of sailing, focusing on the fundamentals while having a great time on the water. Part of the course is on the water and part of the course onshore.  Course curriculum will be based on US Sailing Level 1 instruction. Each day will start at 9 am and end at 4 pm. Free Nashville Sail Camp t-shirt comes with each registration!


Extended Care will be available from 7:45 am-5:15 pm, sign up is at the end of the registration process. $65/week


Requirements: For ages 7-17.  Campers must be comfortable in boats and have strong swimming skills. All campers are required to wear life jackets in and around the boats and water.   


What to bring every day:


  • CGA Class III life jacket

  • Sack Lunch and water bottle.

  • Athletic swimwear, hat, closed-toe water shoes.

  • SPF 30 sunscreen. Campers should show up with sunscreen pre-applied and bring some extra too. 

  • Your smile and a good attitude!
