General Camp Questions

Q:Is there a cancellation fee?
A:

Cancellation Policy for Leadership Academy LLC



There is no fee to cancel 91 days or more before camp; refunds will be made to the card you used to register.



If you cancel 31-90 days before the start of camp, we can offer you a camp credit to be used for future sessions.



We do not give refunds or camp credits for cancellations less than 30 days before the start of camp without a doctor’s note.




Cancellation requests must be in writing and submitted through our contact page.



Q:Does it cost anything to switch weeks?
A:

There is no fee for transfer to another week up to 31 days before the start if space is available.



Session changes 30-14 days before the start of camp will incur a $25 processing fee.



No transfers will be processed within 14 days of camp without a doctor’s note.



Q:Do you offer extended care?
A:

Weekly Extended Care can be purchased for $65/week as an add-on during registration.

It will not be available to purchase on a day-to-day basis.

Drop-off is as early as 7:45 am and pick-up as late as 5:15 pm. Late pickup after 5:15pm a fee of $1/minute may be assessed.

Extended Care includes activities and supervision by our highly trained camp staff. Campers are encouraged to pack an extra snack with their lunch to cover the extended time.
