Program Aide Training Program
Girls entering grades 6-8
Program Aides are Girl Scouts in grades 6–8 who help adult leaders and camp staff lead activities for younger girls. Through Program Aide Training, you’ll learn how to assist with games, crafts, outdoor activities, and other fun experiences while serving as a positive role model. You won’t be responsible for planning or leading activities on your own; instead, you’ll work alongside adults to help younger girls participate, learn new skills, and build confidence.
As a Program Aide, you’ll discover your leadership strengths, practice teamwork and communication, and gain valuable experience helping others. These skills will benefit you in school, future jobs, and many other areas of life. Get ready to make a difference, have fun, and grow as a leader!
