Please fill out this form to sign your child up for Sacramental Preparation for Confirmation.

Please mark your calendar to attend the Parent & Candidate Confirmation Information Meeting on Wednesday, September 17, 2025 (6:30 - 8:00 p.m.) at Saint Albert Parish Center.
At this meeting there will be a few more forms handed out. Paperwork should be completed and returned by January 31, 2026.

Registration for the Encounter Retreat Weekend (January 16 - 18, 2026) will be separate. Information on how to register will be emailed at a later date to all families who are registered for Confirmation Sacramental Preparation. There will be a fee to cover ($250) retreat expenses.
