Space Exploration July 13-17
Description
Hosted in the Naval Aviation Museum in the Flight Adventure Deck Area.

Ages: 9-12
Details: Campers will learn the history and science of space flight, celestial mechanics, and communications. Fun hands-on activities include building several model rockets. The program includes tours of museum exhibits, aircraft, and spacecraft. Students will be tasked with building a one in 26 billion scale model of the solar system.

Camp fees are $210.00 per camper, per session (Sessions: M-F, 9:00 – 3:00) and Military Families receive a $25 discount, redeemable at checkout. Parents will need to arrange daily transportation for their child to and from camp and pack a lunch and snack for their child daily.
IMPORTANT : NAS Pensacola Public Access is from 9:00am - 3:00pm daily via the WEST GATE ONLY.

Note: Backpacks and similar items are not allowed in the Museum (exceptions are small diaper bags, purses, camera bags, fanny packs, and medicine bags); all bags are subject to search by the NAS Base Security and or a visible inspection by Museum staff or qualified volunteers.
