Q:When should my remaining balance be paid by?
A:While we strongly encourage families to pay the full cost of tuition during the check-out portion of the registration process, we understand that this is not always an option. Please keep in mind that should your balance not be paid by 4 weeks prior to the start date of your desired program, you will receive a final courtesy notification requesting the balance be paid by close of business that Friday. If at that time, you have still not paid the balance, your student’s registration will unfortunately be cancelled.

Q:Why doesn’t it remember my information from last year? Why won’t it accept my old login information?
A:The National Flight Academy is excited to be rolling out a brand new registration system this year. If you have not used our registration system since before October 2015, you will unfortunately need to generate a new account. However, we are confident that this system will make registration a much easier process all around moving forward.

Session Availability

Q:If I sign my student up for a waitlist, when will I know if space becomes available for them to attend our desired week?
A:Should space become available, you will automatically be sent an email notifying you of the opening and the possible slot will be held open for you for 24 hours. If you do not register for the available slot within 24 hours, the opportunity will be made available to the next student on the list. Additionally, registration for any given Deployment closes 3 weeks prior to the start of that program. Generally, it is safe to assume that openings will not occur once registration closes, per our cancellation policy. However, in extremely rare cases, a program’s waitlist may be utilized past the close of registration to fill last minute cancellations with waitlisted students within a two hours driving radius of the National Flight Academy.

Q:Why is a certain program or date not showing up?
A:When selecting to register your student for an upcoming program, our system reveals sessions you are eligible to attend based on various requirements. For example, if your student is not an incoming 7th – 12th grader, our Deployment sessions will not be shown. Additionally, if a particular date is sold out and a waitlist is not available at that time, the program will not show up as an option.

If your desired date does not have registration available for you at this time, please continue to check back as availability may become available, but cannot be guaranteed.
