Explore the 425 acres of Camp Orkila with your family during a weekend full of adventure, connection, and camp fun. Enjoy traditional camp activities like archery, arts & crafts, the touch tank, the climbing wall, giant swing, and zipline. In addition to staffed offerings, families can participate in self-led activities like scavenger hunts and frisbee golf. Meals are served buffet-style in our dining hall.
Registration:
We offer individual registrations—please register each member of your family group. Depending on registration numbers, your family may be sharing a cabin with another.
Cabins:
Main Camp Cabins are rustic, bunkhouse-style accommodations located either on the beach or tucked among the trees. Each cabin sleeps up to 12 participants in bunk beds and is fully enclosed. Participants provide their own linens. Most cabins do not have electricity or lights; bathroom and shower facilities are a short walk away. If you require electricity for medical reasons, please let us know during registration.
We are committed to making YMCA Camping and Outdoor Leadership programs more accessible for everyone. Simply select the price most appropriate for your family. Your selections are completely confidential and do not impact the quality of your participant’s experience. A Non-Refundable deposit of 25% is required for all registrations and is applied to the total amount due.
Our goal is to remove barriers that prevent anyone from participating in our programs, including financial barriers. If our lowest prices still create a financial barrier that prevents you from participating in our programs, we invite you to fill out a Financial Assistance Application. Once we have reviewed and approved your application, you will receive an email confirming the percentage you have been awarded. The percentage awarded will automatically be applied to your account and be reflected in your final balance. A $35 deposit will still be required to confirm your reservation.
