Transition to Winter Training. Build the Habits to Own the Spring

For 7th and 8th graders, baseball is quickly transitioning to bigger fields, faster pitching, and stronger competition. A late-fall camp isn't just about finishing the fall; it's about establishing a competitive edge heading into the off-season. This high-intensity camp gives middle schoolers the physical tools, mental approach, and structured training required to maximize their winter development to prepare for their spring and summer season.

What Players Will Experience:
-Advanced Mechanics & Situational IQ: High-level instruction covering situational hitting, swing mechanics, positional versatility, cutoffs, relay execution, and mental approaches at the plate.

-Learning about the Importance of Structured Off-Season Training Development: Comprehensive breakdowns of how to structure winter workouts, including throwing progressions, strength and agility routines tailored for baseball, and speed development.

-Arm Health & Velocity Maintenance: In-depth guidance on arm care protocols, recovery routines, and progressive throwing routines designed to safely build arm strength and endurance before their spring season.

-Tryouts & Roster Readiness: Direct coaching on how to stand out during tryouts, develop mental toughness under pressure, and approach the off-season with self-discipline.
