Incoming Freshmen Fenwick FAST Speed Camp
Description
This non-sport-specific camp will be led by Fenwick Head Varsity Football Coach Matt Battaglia and Head Strength Coach Tom Mannix. While interested football players are strongly encouraged to attend, all athletes are welcome!

*This camp is designed with two main goals:

1. Run FASTer and gain an edge on the competition
2. Have fun and meet other incoming freshmen

*Registration Options:

1. À la carte: Sign up for individual sessions based on your schedule
2. Full program: Register for all sessions and save $10

Each session builds on the previous one, but athletes will still benefit from attending any individual session. For the best results, especially improvements in running form and laser times, we recommend attending all 6 weeks.

*What to Expect Each Session:

1. Dynamic ground warm-up
2. Dynamic speed warm-up
3. Velocity and acceleration training
4. Laser-timed speed work

To see results, athletes should come ready with focus, discipline, and a strong work ethic!

*What to Bring:

1. Water
2. Comfortable workout clothes
3. Athletic shoes
