Instrumental Music Camp (July 6-9)
Description
Students entering grades 6-8 are invited to join Fenwick's Expressive Arts Department for Instrumental Music Camp this summer! This four-day camp meets Monday, July 6 - Thursday, July 9 from 9-11 a.m. daily.

The camp is open to students who have had a year of playing experience on any of the following instruments: flute, oboe, clarinet, bass clarinet, bassoon, alto saxophone, tenor saxophone, baritone saxophone, trumpet, French horn, trombone, baritone, tuba, percussion, violin, viola, cello, and string bass. Students will work in small group ensembles led by current Fenwick students and band directors, as well as in a large ensemble. The week will culminate with a performance during Thursday’s class.

Students are expected to bring their own instruments. Tuba players will be supplied an instrument and only need to bring their mouthpiece, if they have one. Percussionists only need to bring sticks and mallets.
