Chaperone - Gr 2 Greenacres Field Trip

Chaperones: There is a limited number of chaperones allowed to attend this event. Please let your teacher know if you are interested in attending. There can be NO additional children on this field trip.

If you are approved to be a chaperone you Need to have a current background check on file. If you are not sure if your background check is still valid you can reach out to Judi Davis Judi.Davis@chca-oh.org to confirm. Chaperones will need to meet us at Greenacres or follow the bus that departs from EBL.

What to Wear: Wear clothing that is appropriate for hiking. Closed toe shoes required. We will be hiking through tall grasses and woods so dress accordingly.
