HS Wrestling
Description
*Default practice commitment is 3-4 days per week. Large tournaments are held on weekends with dual/tri meets during the week. Occasional shared practice at another local schools - dates TBA.

* Practice Times: Tentatively 4:30pm-6:00pm. Any changes to individual days/weeks will be communicated via TeamSnap.

* Each wrestler also needs to order a competiton uniform package through an online store link provided at a later date. The package includes competition singlet and workout apparel for the season.

* Wrestlers are responsible for their own Shoes, Mouthguard, and Headgear (Black, White, Gray, Purple are acceptable colors) - Contact Coach Gary Cain for helpful recommendations or sources. Kneepads also provided by wrestler as an optional item based on personal preference.
