*Default practice schedule is Mondays/Wednesdays/Thursdays. Competitions on Saturdays. Occasional shared practice at another school - dates TBA.

*Times/Location: 6:00pm-8:00pm at Founders Campus Dining Hall. Any changes to individual days/weeks will be communicated on TeamSnap.

Each wrestler also needs to order an apparel/gear package through the link provided by Coach Gary Cain. The package includes singlet and workout apparel.

Athletes are responsible for their own Shoes, Mouthguard, and Headgear (Black, White, Gray, Purple are acceptable colors) - Contact Coach Gary Cain for helpful recommendations or sources. Kneepads also provided by athlete as needed.
