Description
Your student athlete has chosen to play a CHCA 'Athletics Club' Sport this season.

The Athletic Department wants to ensure that you clearly understand what it means to play a Club sport.

CHCA 'Athletics Club' Sports:
* No organization, tournament, or officials will be paid
* Coaches are volunteers, same as Youth Sports at CHCA
* Athletics will assist coaches in creating schedules
* May use CHCA facilities for a nominal rental fee, which will cover the use of equipment and fields
* Will have UltraCamp registration for contact, medical, and waiver information
* Volunteer coach/team leader will collect all needed fees
* Non-CHCA students will be allowed to participate to fill out rosters
* Grade 6 students will be allowed to compete
* Athletics will not provide transportation for practices and competitions
* Will not compete for conference championships
