Hockey Camp (8th Grade Exceptions)
Description
This registration link is exclusive to rising 8th grade athletes who have gotten pre-approval to register for this camp. This session will be placed with Group C from 9-11:30am. If you register without approval, your registration will be cancelled and payments refunded.

Training Elements:

Giving student athletes the knowledge they can carry throughout their careers
Stride analysis
Strength and conditioning
Speed, agility, quickness
On-ice skill video training
Plyometric training
2 full strength evaluations beginning & end
Manual resistance training
Drill situations daily
Game prep: mental and physical
4 hours on ice per week (skill development)
Not on ice 1st week - off-ice testing
Nutritional education
