At Silver Bay YMCA, we offer private Learn to Swim lessons for all ages and skill levels, taught by certified instructors trained in Red Cross Learn to Swim. These one-on-one lessons provide a personalized, supportive, and safe environment where swimmers can build confidence in the water while mastering essential swimming skills at their own pace.

Each private lesson is tailored to the individual’s goals and abilities—whether you’re a beginner taking your first steps in the water or an experienced swimmer looking to refine your technique. Our instructors use the trusted Red Cross Learn to Swim curriculum, emphasizing water safety, skill progression, and confidence-building through customized instruction and expert guidance.

Private lessons allow for individualized attention and flexible pacing, helping swimmers make faster, more focused progress. Whether you want to introduce your child to swimming or improve your own abilities, our private lessons provide the ideal opportunity to achieve your personal goals in a comfortable and encouraging setting.

Join us at 6pm on Tuesday evenings and 6pm on Thursday evenings at Moriah Central School and take the next step toward becoming a confident and skilled swimmer! Lessons are held at the Moriah High School Swimming Pool, located at:
