AOF STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING CAMP
Description
The strength and conditioning camp is a four week camp designed to help athletes reach their athletic potential. Campers will experience many different aspects of training that will range from dynamic warm ups, speed/agility and plyometrics, strength training, cooldowns, and competitive games. This camp is beneficial for athletes in every sport. The camp will be offered 3 times a week for 90 minutes. Some Fridays will be on the turf outside (Speed/Agility Focused).
