Description
"Runners will enjoy the experience of middle and long-distance training with an experienced coaching staff from Avon Old Farms and MPower Programs. They will take advantage of the beautiful trails in and around Avon Old Farms, set on over 900 acres in the Farmington Valley, as well as the Farmington Heritage paved trail. Runners will also attend workshops on nutrition, proper stretching, cross-training, and putting together their own personalized summer training plan."
