GOALIES: AOF Lacrosse DAY Camp
Description
Avon Old Farms Lacrosse Camp gives attendees the opportunity to learn the fundamentals at an elite level.

During the week, players will find themselves increasing footwork, stick skills, game-like scenarios along with off field training. Attackman will develop vision awareness, stick protection, shooting above GLE. Midfielders will experience a wealth of knowledge regarding how to become a 2 way midfielder, dodging techniques & situational awareness. Our defensive players will learn proper footwork, stick positioning & slide techniques. Goalies & Faceoffs will have position specific training to increase positioning, clamp styles & drills for home.
