Our Science and Discovery Program provides a robust, hands-on curriculum, exploring ecosystems, habitats, forest layers, and insects and bugs living in the Middlesex Fells Reservation. This one-week session provides an opportunity for deeper investigation of ecological concepts while allowing for exploration, self-directed play, and connection with nature guided by experienced counselors.

7/27/2026 - 7/31/2026 (9AM - 4PM): Please Note: this is a very science forward program and we strongly recommend that only children who are interested in exploring the forest through a scientific lens register. Please consider speaking to your child about Science and Discovery before signing them up to make sure it is a good fit.
