Vaulting Camp

Our week-long Vaulting Camp introduces children to the fundamentals of vaulting, a gymnastic routine performed on a moving horse. A staff member controls the horse on a lunge line, while our vaulting instructor guides and supports your child through basic moves. Vaulting is an excellent activity for both adventurous and cautious first-time horse lovers.

For comfort and freedom of movement, vaulters should wear leggings or sweatpants and soft tennis shoes. Helmets are not worn during vaulting as they can pose a greater risk by getting caught or restricting neck movement.
