Nature Connection Training
Description
Life Adventure Center will be hosting Nature Connection Lab February 2026 for a twelve-hour experiential training over three days that will allow us to activate a community of engaged nature connection leaders in Central Kentucky. This training will highlight the science behind nature connection, case studies of its effectiveness, and practical skills for implementing nature connection into your work/life. For those interested in being certified as a nature connection leader, we will continue to work with Nature Connection Lab for six months following the initial training to complete four modules of practice and guided study leading up to a shared retreat in mid-August. The final retreat will be hosted again by LAC, but led collaboratively by program participants as a means of skill-sharing, exploring opportunities for ongoing collaboration, and celebrating completion of the certification program.  Nature Connection Lab encourages communities to create networks that may take the work forward to meet the unique needs and interests of our individual organizations and our region. 

Dates & Times: February 15th from 3pm-7pm, February 16th from 9am to 2pm with a teacher training from 1pm-2pm, and then February 17th from 9am - Noon
