Q:Refund Policy
A:All cancellations must be in writing and submitted to the camp director. If cancellation occurs prior to June 15, the deposit less the $100 application fee is refundable. And after June 15, all camp fees will be withheld. Refunds or credits are not given for illness or vacation.

There will be no partial or total reduction or refund of any fees paid to Camp Haverim, including fees for any special program and/or any field trip, as a result of my child not attending or participating in Camp Haverim, extended care, any special program and/or any field trip, regardless of the reason, including my child being ill. I acknowledge that Camp Haverim has the right to suspend or expel my child from participating in Camp Haverim, extended care, any special program and/or any field trip if my child’s conduct or behavior is deemed to be unsatisfactory under Camp Haverim’s Disciplinary Policy. If that should happen, I understand that I will not receive a refund of any portion of any fees I have paid. I understand, however, that if Camp Haverim cancels any program due to insufficient enrollment, I will receive a full refund of any fees paid for that program.
