Management Staff Application
Camp Challenge is a Christian camp and retreat center in south central Indiana. We exist to develop followers of and leaders for Jesus Christ by encouraging disconnection with everyday distractions and reconnection to God through His creation. We are in search of seasonal, full-time, management level staff for the summer of 2024. Management staff report to the Assistant Director.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR PASTOR: In order for us to provide a safe atmosphere for our campers, it is important that we know if a person applying for employment for to volunteer at Camp Challenge is an appropriate candidate to work with children. It is essential that you give us an accurate evaluation. Any comments that you make will be kept in confidence by Camp Challenge staff.

Summer Staff Application

We are in search of seasonal, full-time, residential staff for the summer of 2024. Summer staff report to the summer program manager.
