Athletic Physical - 2026
Description
Athletic physicals will be held from 8:00 am - 2:00 pm on Wednesday, June 3rd.

This Sports physical will meet IHSA requirements for the summer workouts as well as sports for the 2026-2027 season. Classes of 2027, 2028, and 2029 are welcome. Please select one of the appointment times listed.

Please note: A signed and completed Health History Physical form MUST be brought to the Sports Physical Day.
