Refund Policy
REFUNDS
Choral Training: If a chorister withdraws, tuition must be paid through the end of that month. Semester or yearly payments will be refunded accordingly after the end of the withdrawal month. A $50 handling fee will be assessed to offset the credit card fee and the administrative costs. If you have any questions or concerns about this refund fee, please contact Lisa Queisert, lqueisert@ragazzi.org.
For Music & Movement Classes: We will not process your tuition until after the first two classes. If before then, you decide remote Music & Movement is not a good fit, please contact Lisa Queisert, lqueisert@ragazzi.org.
