Refund Policy
Each registration includes a $10 fee that is immediately nonrefundable. This is 4E's direct cost to process the registration and payment through its systems, and 4E cannot recover this cost.
Cancellation requests received between 14 days and 7 days of the session start date forfeit the $50 (for partial days) or $100 (for full days) deposit.
Cancellation requests received less than 7 days prior to the program start will not be eligible for any refund; 4 Elements Earth Education retains and the customer forfeits all payments made for the session reservation.
There are NO REFUNDS after the session start date.
We depend on accurate registration counts to schedule our staff and other resources, and cancellations impact our ability to operate. Note that if a program is cancelled at 4E's discretion, you will receive a credit or refund of your payment.
