Refund Policy
Registration fee is applied towards the camp tuition and is fully refundable before January 1, 2022.
A $50.00 administrative fee will be deducted from registration fee for cancellations after January 1, 2022.
All changes must be sent to us in writing. changes made after January 31, 2022 will be billed at current rates.
No refunds after March 31, 2022.
Balance of camp tuition must be paid by May 15, 2022. Early Bird discounts will be honored only if payment in full is received by May 15, 2022.
Camp tuition is not refundable after the March 31, 2022.
There is no credit given for individual days or weeks such as scheduled holidays, child's illness, family vacations, missed bussing, rainy days, withdrawals or dismissal from camp. or days when camp must close due to circumstances beyond our control such as extreme weather, blackouts, power failure or health concerns such as pandemics or other health related concerns that prohibit us from opening on a particular day or days. and no refund for program changes.
In case of Medical Emergency where a child cannot attend camp for a full session, a refund of no more than two thirds of the unused tuition may be refunded, calculated from the date notification is received from a licensed practicing M.D.
