Refund Policy
*Registration fees are non-refundable/creditable - registration fees help absorb the cost which UltraCamp charges for reservations and credit cards.
*Day Camp and Enrichment Camp fees are refunded in full when the session is canceled by Summer@CMDS (minus the non-refundable registration fee)
*A request for withdrawal occurring at least five (5) business days prior to the first session/class meeting will result in a full refund of paid fees (minus the non-refundable registration fee)
*Refunds/credits will not be given after a session begins, except in extenuating circumstances which must be disclosed to the Summer@CMDS office prior to the start of an activity. In such an event, a refund will be processed through UltraCamp to the payment in which it was originally made.
*A $50 fee may be added for multiple schedule changes after the deadline.
*We are unable to prorate camp fees for any missed camp days.
