Refund Policy
If you wish to cancel your camp registration and apply for a credit to another week of camp, you can contact our office at 319-655-7693 or email bonnie@loveeibc.org. The following policies and timeline apply.

If you notify us before May 1st, you may receive a 100% credit on your account for a similar/future enrollment, or a 100% refund minus registration transaction fee of $4

If you notify us between May 1st and May 31st, you may receive a 100% credit on your account for a similar/future enrollment, or a 75% refund.

If you notify us at least one full week before your camper(s) week of camp start date, you may receive a 100% credit on your account for a similar/future registration, or 50% refund.

Once a program week begins, we only offer 100% credit on your account for a similar/future enrollment unless your camper has a medical issue, medical emergency, or a family emergency. In case of medical issue or emergency, we will issue up to 100% refund, minus the transaction fee of $4, at the discretion of our director.
