Refund Policy
• Deposits and family registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• All fees must be paid in full by the earlier of April 20th, or upon notification by ESA that a
course program has reached full enrollment. After this date, all fees will be non-
refundable.
• No refunds will be made for early withdrawal during a camp session regardless of the
reason.
• Any request for refund must be received in writing prior to the due date described
above. Approved refunds will be made by check.
