Refund Policy
Our music program planning, organizing, and hiring is directly related to the number of camper's enrolled. Therefore, your deposit is not refundable unless it is a medical emergency (must have written explanation from Doctor) or family emergency. Please contact the office in writing as soon as possible if you must withdraw from a session.
Should we choose to decline your enrollment for some reason, we will issue a full refund.
If a session is cancelled ahead of time, all fees will be refunded.
Refunds will be issued between September 1-10, 2024.
If camp is forced to close due to natural causes we will do our best to offer a replacement experience.
