Refund Policy
Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. In cases of homesickness, dismissal, or voluntary withdrawal (due to cancellation or no-show), no refund will be issued. In cases of medical emergencies, a physician’s written note is required to request a refund of fees paid, less deposit. Request for refunds with special circumstances must be submitted in writing for consideration.

There will be a $25.00 charge for all returned checks or charges

Session Transfers: (ex. Week 1 to Week 2, Week 3 to Week 10, etc.)
A transfer request will be accepted 14 days prior to each camp session; availability permitting. There will be no transfers processed after the 14 day deadline. The 1st transfer is free per camper plus any difference in fees. Each additional transfer is $25 plus any difference in fees.

Program Transfers: (ex. Traditional Camp to Adventure camp, 3-Day to 5-Day, etc.)
Changing from 3 day to 5 day option or upgrading program option requires payment of the additional program fees, but will not be charged a transfer fee. No refunds will be given for changing to a lower priced program option, reducing days, or cancelling extended camp.
