Refund Policy
Cancellation and Refund Policy:
Cancellations and requests for refunds should be made in writing or via email from the person responsible for the account. Refunds will be issued for cancellations prior to May 1, 2016 less the $50 processing fee, which is non-refundable.
All camp fees are due May 1, 2016. All payments become non-refundable after this date for any reason. Fees not paid by May 1 open the camper slot for another person to use if needed.
Because things can happen with you or your child, we encourage you to purchase low-cost camp cancellation insurance from Travmark. This insurance will provide a refund of your fees if you must cancel after May 1 for illness or any other reason.
