Refund Policy
DEPOSITS

Deposits are required to guarantee a reservation to a Good Earth Village program. In most cases, the deposit is non-refundable (see Refund Policies) and cannot be applied to another camper’s remaining balance in case of a cancellation.
If a camper has to cancel another participant is able to take the original campers reservation and the deposit may be applied to the substituting participant. The camper may also reschedule to another session of equal or great value in which the deposit may be applied to the new reservation.


REFUND POLICIES

5 months or more from session start date: 50% of the deposit plus additional funds paid are refundable.

Less than 5 months but more than 2 weeks from session start date: The deposit is not refundable. Any additional funds paid over the deposit can be refunded, used towards rescheduling to another program of equal or greater value by December 31st or transferred to GEV’s campership fund as a tax deductible gift.

2 weeks from session start date: The deposit and any additional funds paid are not refundable. Funds paid above the deposit may be transferred to GEV’s campership fund (a tax deductible gift) or applied to another program or to schedule a rental agreement by December 31st; any difference from rescheduling would be applied to GEV’s campership fund.


CANCELLATIONS

In the event Good Earth Village had to cancel a program all funds paid, including the deposit, would be refunded. Rescheduling to another program or scheduling a rental agreement by December 31st is an option as well.
