Refund Policy
Cancellations received in writing up to 10 days before the start of a session will be refunded, less the $30 deposit. Bus fees are refundable up to 10 days before the start of a session. Requests for refunds will only be considered until August 31, 2018.
Non-refundable camp fees are not transferable to other campers. Refunds will not be given for no-shows.
If a camper must leave camp early due to illness, injury or a death in the family, the camp fee minus the deposit will be prorated and refunded.
Camp fees will not be refunded if a camper leaves a session due to homesickness or misconduct.
