Cancellation & Refund Policy
Village School reserves the right to change or cancel any class. Efforts will be made to a
assign students affected by such change to other available programs.
A complete refund will be given in cases where program replacement is not possible.
ATHLETICS, SINGERS, & ENRICHMENT CLASSES:
There will be NO REFUNDS if a parent/guardian withdraws a student from an enrichment class less than 7 days prior to the start of the class. There are no exceptions to this policy.
SUMMER CAMP:
Village School reserves the right to change or cancel any class. Efforts will be made to assign students affected by such change to other available programs. A complete refund will be given in cases where program replacement is not possible. Enrollment includes a $50 non-refundable registration fee.
A refund is given, less registration fee, when withdrawing at least 7 days prior to the start of the class. There will be NO REFUNDS if a student withdraws from summer camp with less than 7 days notice. There are no exceptions to this policy.
