Refund Policy
Tuition includes all weekly activities, field trips, healthy snacks, and a SummerWorks t-shirt (we may offer some special camps that you can register for at an additional fee). Tuition is due at the time of enrollment, registration is not complete until tuition is paid. Please contact us if you have any questions.
Cancellation and Refund Policy:
In order to receive a full refund, you must cancel or change your camper's registration by Wednesday, May 15th. You can receive a 50% refund if you cancel two weeks prior to your campers first day of camp. Refunds will not be issued for camp days missed due to illness or other reasons.
Please contact our office if your camper will miss camp unexpectedly.
