Special Circumstances Refund Policy
If camp is cancelled because of COVID in 2021, we will draw on experiences from our 2020 experiences and give camp families the opportunity to choose the option that suits their needs:

Option I: 100% Refund of all credit and cancellation of any scheduled payments. We understand that these may be difficult times and you may need the money you have already paid towards camp. We understand the importance of this and hope you are able to join us for another camp in the near future.

Option II: Rollover all, or a portion, of your credit. This credit can be used for any special camp programming or the next year's camping season, as well as gift certificates and Brown Bear merchandise. Your credit will be refunded if not used before the end of the year. This does not hold a camper's spot in any camp session, for this or any future season. Registration for the next camping season will open early for everyone whose family is affected by these registration cancellations, allowing you to use your saved credit for open reservation slots.

Option III: Donate all or a portion of your credit to support the day to day cost of camp. This tax-deductible gift allows the Episcopal Church in Idaho to support the ministry of Paradise Point through program development, administration, and professional development that happen year-round and will continue to happen over this coming summer. This also supports camp operation costs that sustain the property and buildings, as well as the mission of Paradise Point, including staff, utilities, maintenance, insurance, marketing, and other operational costs. All donations will go towards our general operations.
