All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
We are sorry, but this policy also applies to cancellations that may arise as a result of illness, injury or other unforeseen circumstances as our contracted expenses are also binding.
If possible, transfers to another session can be made without charge.
